Stephen F. O’Sullivan
Mr. O’Sullivan has over twenty years banking and regulatory experience. Most recently, he was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Warren Bancorp, Inc. and Warren Five Cents Savings Bank of Peabody, Massachusetts. During his tenure at Warren, he directed the organization through coversion to stock form, formation of a holding company and the acquisition of a similar-sized bank.
Mr. O’Sullivan also has extensive regulatory agency experience, having worked at both the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Mr. O’Sullivan holds a B.A in Economics from St. Michael’s College, Winsooki, VT and an M.B.A. in Finance from Babson College, Wellesley, MA.
Karen A. Kezerian
Ms. Kezerian has over fifteen years banking experience. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President and senior administrative officer of Warren Bancorp, Inc. and Warren Five Cents Savings Bank of Peabody, Massachusetts. At Warren, she had responsibility for strategic planning, corporate administration (including Board of Director and regulatory communications), investor relations and marketing/corporate communications. Previously at Warren, she also had responsibility for retail banking.
Prior to joining Warren, Ms. Kezerian worked at Cambridge Savings Bank, Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she had responsibility for depositors services, facilities management, purchasing and marketing support.
Ms. Kezerian holds a B.A. in Finance and History from Simmons College, Boston, MA and is an honors graduate of the National School of Savings Banking, Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT.
